Selling my lease for the summer, May 13th- August 12th. One bed available in a shared room. Close to campus and within walking distance. Comes furnished with bed, two dressers, desk, table, chairs and the two couches. 200$ utility deposit is due upfront (I am willing to reimburse that fee if you were to take over) with rent being 350$ a month. Currently one of my three roomates will be staying for the summer, me and my roommate are going to be moving. I am unsure of who the new roommate will be but the one staying behind is very nice and very clean :)
