I’m friendly and like to keep a clean house. Tenants are quite, friendly and respectful. One tenant is gone days at a time (young firefighter), the other is gone between 11am - 12:30am, 6 days a week, the other is retired and stays at the downstairs bedroom and is pretty quite.
