I will pay the application fee and move-in deposit for you! The room is standard size 12X12. The bathroom is large and has a tub shower combination with ample under the sink storage. In unit laundry, which is awesome. Wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and central heat. Common areas are living, dining and kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. The building is two stories and the unit is on the second floor with a balcony. The complex has a work out room and swimming pool with lots of parking. A nice green belt area is just outside our building with lots of trees.

I am a singer/songwriter. I like to BBQ and have one on the balcony. I also belong to a bowling league and like to go biking. I work from home and my office is in my bedroom.
