About the room
At CSUCI in a small community nestled against the picturesque Santa Monica Mountains. We are close to the Naval Bases and nearby state beaches (Pt. Mugu, Leo Carrillo and El Matador).
Your private room includes full access to many resort style amenities including: three heated pools/Jacuzzi’s, three fitness centers, two community lounges that offers free espresso beverages and tea, the Broome Library, hiking trails, a basketball court and a large park. We are just a couple of minutes walk from a few popular onsite restaurants: Tortillas Grill, APC Pizza, Mom Wong’s Asian Cuisine and a few university cafeterias/cafes.
Ideal for a working professional or student that wants to live in a beautiful, relaxing community. Room also includes a parking pass and use of washer and dryer. Single occupancy. Sorry no pets.
About the roomies
I am a 44 year old male science teacher at a local high school district. The other roommate is a 35 year old CSUCI student. We are both independent and value a peaceful environment.
