Larissa's room

I am looking to move to Greeley as I will be attending UNC in the fall. This is a house located in Windsor, CO. The neighborhood is really quiet. There is a nice fenced backyard with a porch. There is a very large kitchen and basement area. There is a 2 car garage. There is a washing and drying unit in the house. There is furniture in all the living areas. The only furniture needed would be bedroom furniture. The house is dog and cat friendly (with a deposit and monthly rent fee). You would have your own private bathroom with a shower attached to your room. You would have to be approved by the landlord via application. The move-in date is quite flexible. I would just need someone in the house no later than the move-in date.

There are 3 other roommates: 🧔🏻‍♀️Griffin-20 year old male. Works full time. 👨🏻‍🦱Nathan-19 year old male. Works part time. 🧑🏻Luke-19 year old male. Works part time. 🐈‍⬛Willow (the cat)-Lots of energy, but loves to cuddle. Plants baware…She gets along with with other cats and dogs. All 3 are 420 friendly. The house is pretty clean and all 3 are very respectful of others space. We could set up a meet up to see if they would be the right fit.
