n search of roommate ASAP

I’m a single 37 year old man with a dog. I live in a 2/2 apartment by the mall, it has an in-unit washer and dryer, pool, gym, and your room has a private bathroom (just toilet, sink and vanity) We would share the shower I’m really chill and laid back. I’m kind of a geek, I’m into video games and Star Wars. I’m a home body, I don’t get out much especially right now. I tore my ACL at work and I’m home until after my surgery on the 21st. The rent including electric comes out to about 850 give or take a few bucks. There’s a 65 dollar application fee at the office and you would be required to sign the lease.
