Taylor's room

-Room/private bath available in historic downtown Franklin house. Amazing location — 3 blocks from from all of the restaurants/bars/shops. HUGE yard, fire pit, dreamy wraparound porch, quiet, safe. I’ve lived here for 4 years and Jess has been here for almost 2. We love it.

-Room has a queen bed frame/mattress, armoire, floor lamp & blackout drapes. I have a handful of area rugs in storage that you’re welcome to use. The rest of the house is fully furnished/equipped with everything.

-All utilities + internet included in rent.

-Security deposit = 1 month’s rent. Flexible on lease length (happy to do month-to-month or a fixed term).

2 gals in their early 30s. I work from home, Jess works hybrid. I travel for pretty long stretches, but otherwise we’re both pretty much homebodies. We spend most nights just hanging in the kitchen, cooking and watching stupid shit on Netflix. Ideally, we would like to find a roommate who has moved beyond the partying/going-out-every-night stage of life and is a bit more settled and has a fundamental understanding of what it means to live communally (i.e. clean up after yourself, contribute to household chores, be respectful of shared spaces, be mindful of energy usage, confront issues head-on, etc).

We have two dogs + a cat, so being an animal lover is a must! Unfortunately, we cannot accept anymore furry pals into the pack at this time. We’ve got a full house.

I am immunocompromised, so being up to date with vaccinations/boosters + generally being Covid-conscious is required.
