Thao's room

This house has one roommate and a couple rooms available. Looking for a friendly, quiet, clean person. This room is 9x8ft. You’ll be sharing the common areas and main bathroom. It has a kitchen connected to a foyer / living room area. When you schedule a showing, you can see other rooms available, smaller rooms cost less than larger rooms (between $650-$900). The water, garbage, and internet is included. You’ll be responsible for your share of the electricity which is from Seattle City Light. Cleaners come in a couple times a month to clean all the rooms, so you’ll be required to keep your door open during this time so they can clean and organize everything. Please only 1 car, there’s parking in front of the house but not a lot of space, so just 1 car per room. Please have your background check done before reaching out so we don’t have to go back and forth and can schedule the showing quickly. Thank you for your interest.

One male roommate who’s chill and friendly. Lives in a separate part of the house with a different entrance. Feel free to enjoy the big back yard together for picnics or barbecues.
