Kaela's room

The room is available immediately, it is a medium-sized bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2 story house. $650 rent includes all utilities except wifi, which is an additional $20 a month. Small pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, but there will be a $150 pet deposit. A deposit of $650 is required unless you sign a 6-month lease, in which case the deposit will drop to $200. This room is located on the 2nd story and shares the upstairs bathroom with the other two upstairs roommates. However, the sink area has a double vanity and is separate from the toilet/shower area which makes sharing more convenient. The bathroom was just remodeled and the bedrooms received a fresh coat of paint as well. You’ll have full access to the common areas such as the kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, etc. The house is located in the gated community of April Sound and you would have full access to the amenities that the neighborhood offers e.g. pool, gym, club, etc. We also have 24/7 security that monitors the neighborhood. This is an all female house and we do have some rules in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all the roommates. Currently, there are 2 of us living in the house, but we are looking to fill all 4 rooms. I am 25 and the other current roommate is 28. We prefer to find someone that is around the same age as us. We like to keep the house clean so we would like someone that is also clean and willing to share the responsibilities of keeping the common areas tidy. We are both quiet and keep to ourselves for the most part. We don’t party, just have a few friends over occasionally at most. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat right now, but they are all very well behaved.
