The front yard is gated and I’m planting rose bushes. I freshly painted and installed wooden floors. Theres an air purifier and I freshly steam cleaned the carpets. You will have 2 bedrooms unfurnished on the 2nd floor for your private usage. I’m waiting for a charming sectional to be delivered. The house is decorated in pops of color and while the house is older it still has a lot of use to it.

I’m quiet and reserved and while sociable I tend to stay to my self. I’m very respectful and polite and will do my best to accommodate your requests and be a good house mate
