Huntington Avenue

The apartment is right on the Heath Street green line, so it’s convenient if you go to MCPHS, MassArt, or NorthEastern. It has 3 rooms. One of the rooms are actually hidden behind another room, so to access that room you have to go through another room. Otherwise, the common area is spacious enough for a couch and a dining table. Laundry is in the basement, and the apartment is on the ground floor.

My friend (male) and I (female) are very neat people, so we ask you to keep the common area clean. We’re both college students and study a lot so we would prefer someone quiet and chill. Dishes are never to be left overnight, and cleaning duties will be divided evenly and fairly.
