Single private room for rent, utilities included. The kitchen and living room main areas can be used/ shared, shared bathroom. Nice area close to GMU Campus (20 min), Metro East Falls Church Station (5 min), or D.C (30 min). The room is furnished with a Bed/ Bed Frame with a closet. It also includes a washer and dryer in the unit.

I am a student at GMU studying accounting, graduating in 2023. I’m a big fan of hiking and photography. I am a sociable big fan of hanging out with friends, but if you want to be left alone, I’ll respect that as well. All I ask is that a roommate cleans up after themselves. Feel free to reach out!
