Looking for Roomate

I live in a townhouse style apartment with my son and dogs, we have a big shared yard where the neighbor kids like to play together. We like to hang out back on our porch and spend time grilling with the neighbors. Our apartment is in West Hollywood and close to everything! We are next to the Farmer’s Market, The Grove, LACMA, The La Brea Tar Pits, and several other museums. I would ideally like to find another Mom-friend or somebody who enjoys living in an area with pets and kids. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice. Our apartment is large and I keep it super clean. I always pay rent on time. If you are interested, send me a message and we can meet. It really is a great community!

Would be totally open to paying more rent if roomate was open to babysitting.
