The first of the shared/common areas is the living room which is on the same floor as the available bedroom and it is quite large! The kitchen borders the living room and it is a quite large as well. There is lots of cabinet space along with a fridge, oven stove, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. The third floor is where my bedroom is which connects to the patio balcony. There is a a view of the ocean from the patio/balcony as well as the living room and kitchen.I have some plants growing on the balcony, a table with chairs, an umbrella, some extra tables we can fold out and use, and a propane barbecue
