Norma's room

My name is Norma and I am a Christian woman. I have a 3,000 sf home in the Spring Branch school district and a 12,000 sf lot size. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a max of 4 people that live in my home at any given time. The room will be unfurnished and is approx. 10’ x 11’ and will share a bathroom. I have a gym set up in the garage and the garage also includes the 1/2 bath and an A/C unit. I have 2 dogs that are both rescues. One is a German Shepherd named Maya and the other is a mixed breed named Ranger.

One roommate of mine is Marnie. She is in the large bedroom w/the ensuite bathroom. The other roommate is Paula and she would share the bathroom with whomever moves into this Room for Rent. All of us are kind and respectful of each other’s space. My name is Norma and I am the landlord and my room is upstairs. My philosophy is, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. If we all do that, we’ll have a peaceful and harmonious living environment.
