Shelby's room

I currently have a house in the downtown area that I am looking to fill 2 rooms in ASAP, which would be followed by a 1 year lease from June 1st 22 thru 2023. It is a 3bd 1.5bth home, so the main bath is shared for the shower but I have my own bathroom where I do everything else. I have furnishings for all of the house (kitchen, dining room, living room) and a washer and dryer as well, so you would only need furniture for your bedroom!

Hey there! My name is Shelby and I am 22 years old and am finishing my first year in the MS Chemistry programs at UNCW! I spend most of my time currently studying, attending class, and teaching organic chemistry lab. In my free time, I love reading books & comics, hiking, biking around town, painting, cooking & baking, and overall just enjoying nature. My house is filled with indoor & outdoor plants and I also have a sweet kitty named onyx and a lizard named Dr. cannoli. I am somewhat introverted so I enjoy time to myself and definitely need alone time to recharge, but I want to be friends with my roommates and go out/hang out with them. I’m looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves and is willing to help around the house as well. I have friends over every so often for small hangouts and have small parties for holidays/cookouts as well, so it would be nice to room with somebody who matches those vibes:)
