Hello! My name is Alexis, and I am looking for 1 or 2 subleasers for my house from June-July (and possibly August) and/or a roommate to share the space with me from August-May. Available is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath House that is a 2min walk from JMU’s campus on MLK Jr. Way. Washer/dryer/air conditioning all available on-site. Plenty of space for parking, and is perfect for summer housing! I can send videos and pictures of the space for anyone that is interested.
