Room (furnished or unfurnished) in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with bedrooms and washer upstairs. We’re located in Lakewood near Hampden and Wadsworth. We have 3 dogs, no kids. smoking is ok outside, but must be off property or in your car, and applicant must get approved by our leasing office. So, credit and background checks are required.

There’s a washer dryer in unit upstairs (in between the bedrooms), dishwasher, fireplace, pool, gym, parking, and a nice private patio, with a security system, smart lock, a rumba (knock off), 3 couches, and lots of colorful art. Prefer a renter who is mature, respectful, responsible and clean. It’s not a party house. So we prefer someone quiet who doesn’t have a lot of visitors over. I have very nice quiet neighbors. Also, a really peaceful neighborhood in general. It’ll be available mid August. Also, the room door does lock.

He has a weird schedule where half the month he works days, the other half of the month is night shift.
