I live here alone when my current roomate leaves in June, you would be renting the second bedroom and have your own bathroom. I am a 35 year old professional woman, I am very laid back and clean and am looking for the same in a roommate. I enjoy cooking, wine and plants, amoung other things, and spend a good amount of time out with my boyfriend and friends, but I like to keep my home private, so no parties. I have two small dogs who are very friendly. The house is fully furnished except for the the bedroom for rent. Washer and dryer in basement.
