Large room in apartment with walk in closet and private entrance to shared bathroom. It is a two bedroom apartment and you would be sharing with me. I look for someone to be added to my month-to-month lease. All utilities are included but electricity and internet which we would be paying together. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything in Troy. Close to Somerset mall, library, stores and restaurants. Large pantry, large storage space in the basement and coin laundry located also in the basement.

Hi! I am a full time student from Brazil who is looking for someone to share the 2 bedroom apartment I currently live in. I am quiet, easy-going, friendly, and funny. I am usually out and about and have a busy routine. When I am home, I like to cook and have some down time. I seek for someone with likely the same lifestyle/personality. So if you are someone who is uptight and serious, we are not a good match. I enjoy having people over and want you to feel comfortable having friends over too; just want to make sure that there are no loud parties and that we are respectful of one another and other neighbors. It is very important to me that my roommate be a communicative person who has a healthy communication style. I try to be respectful and I expect the same in return.
