Summerlin house rents a room with private bath. This is a 5 bed 3 full bath 2 story house with a living space of 2100 sqft. Great area and excellent neighborhood. The room is furnished with a TV mount (up to 55“) so you can place tv on the wall, desk, chair and bed. Rent is $650 plus your share of utilities. House is fully furnished. It is very close to Summerlin hospital, baseball stadium, Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino near the 215 freeway and easy access to the 95 freeway. Keyed room doors. Very quiet environment and professional. Cleaning service comes twice a month to clean all common areas and restrooms. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, NO DRAMA and that pays on time. 6months minimum lease required. If you are interested please call or text . This is a 5 bedroom 3 full bath 2 story 2100 sqft house. There are 4 rooms upstairs and one room downstairs. Utilities vary depending on the time of the year and the amount of people in the house but I would say a yearly average is about $175 per roommate per month if all the rooms are rented. During the summer months it could be more and less during the none summer months. No party type of house, just normal people going to work. No pets allowed. Cleaning service comes twice a month to clean all common areas and restrooms.
