Master bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment. Own bathroom and walk in closet. Ample sunlight. Shared spaces in living room, dining room and deck. WiFi included with Netflix, Hulu and HBO max in the living room. Complex has two pools, fitness center and tennis courts plus walking trails.

I’m 60+ and work two jobs. Hardly home but use my house as a safe quiet place. No overnight guests. Looking for a non smoker who can drink only in their room as I do not. Pets considered after meeting them and with deposit through the complex. Looking for someone easy to get along with thats clean. I run 25+ Mike’s a week, if you’re into running or fitness that’s a plus! Occasionally my grandsons visit during the day. They are 7 and 10. I will share and kitchen appliances and supplies.
