Photographs will be added about 4/15 -4/20 when the rooms are all set up to be moved into. I am offering a “mini-suite” – if I may use such a description – using two of the bedrooms in my three-bedroom townhouse: the bedroom has a nice double bed, a bed lamp, a large picture window, a chest of drawers and a closet. Next to the bedroom is another bedroom that is set up as an office/sitting room with a 3 by 5 foot- table with a desk lamp, a chair, a couch, bookshelves on the wall, and a large picture window. The bathroom has a tub with shower and sink and, of course, a toilet next to the two rooms described above and it is exclusive for the person renting the rooms.

There is also a brand new small refrigeration in the room for your exclusive usage and there are brand new curtains for both rooms and both bedrooms are newly painted. White spots seen in photographs on walls are spackling which are being covered by new wall paintings. I an asking for $700/month and the availability date will probably be as early as April 25th but no later than May 1st. The townhouse has an enclosed patio with a fence and patio blocks covering the entire patio, and Adirondack chairs with cushions for sitting outside. Arrangements can be discussed about use of the very nice large -- low and high diving boards --neighborhood swimming pool -- one of four in the community -- at no additional cost depending on how often you might want to use the pool. Washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Marked reserved parking spot in the parking lot for the row of townhouses. NO SMOKING. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. A very comfortable and well-cared for home. No minimum or maximum number of months staying here at this time.

Living alone/widowed for 9 years after 50 years of marriage. Retired senior citizen and U.S. Army veteran. Career in marketing, customer service, and public opinion surveys. Co-author with wife of 14 fun food books by major publishers. Volunteer at Princeton Medical Center and other organizations. My son and daughter are both RNs. Five grandchildren. Easy going and not excitable and respectful of other people of all kinds. Basically a very nice person with no strange habits – at least I do not think they are strange.
