Private furnished bedroom and bath with queen bed, closet, dressers, refrigerator, parking, and access to kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher), and living room. Kitchenware available.

Services included are water, lawn care, mail, T-Mobile network wifi, trash, electricity, and cooling. Not allowed to install your own services to the address: Internet, cable, telephone, or large Appliances.

Overnight guests are not allowed. There is only space for you to have one vehicle. Sorry no pets or kids.
