Utilities will be divided. WIFI is included in the rent. The house has a fireplace, a pool table, and a kitchen area. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near parks, trails, and shopping. A minimum of 6 month contract is preferred but we can discuss other options. No pets or animals. No Smoking. Income needs to be verified 2.5x the rent. 3rd party background and credit checks will be performed. $750/month rent if 1 year lease is signed. $800/month if 6 month agreement signed.

I am a software engineer. I love to play sports such as pickleball. I enjoy running, reading, cooking, watching movies and hanging out with friends. I usually keep the house quiet but I enjoy hosting for meals and games once a month. I am a God-fearing man and I care about my friends. I currently have two roomies and they are fun to hangout with and they are respectful of each other. We occasionally go out to the bars, bowling alley and restaurants or just do a cook out at home together. But we mostly give each other space.
