2 bedroom recently remodeled apartment near Hillcrest/Mission Hills. More pictures coming soon when I have time! Total rent is currently $1845 a month; will be $1895 starting in June. Internet runs $40/month (so $20 per person), and electricity through SDGE varies. You will have to be approved & added to the lease through the Landlord; I’ll help with this of course.

LANDLORD’S POLICIES: Please note the building/landlord does not allow pets, nor allow smoking/vaping of any kind. You or your guarantor must have the same job/source of income for the last 6 months, Credit score of 700+, and no evictions or bankruptcies in the last 5 years.

The apartment is close to tons of restaurants & bars, 2 grocery stores, drugstores, and parks. Easy to access the 5, 163, 8, and Old Town Trolley/train station for commuting. I really like living here for how much there is to do and how easy it is to get around.

Coin-operated laundry in the building. 1 parking space (willing to share, or if you’d like to pay less rent and let me have the space that’s okay too).

I am the marketing manager of a nonprofit and split my time between the office and working from home. I am a queer woman; acceptance & love of LGBTQ+ people is a must. I am clean, especially if I have someone to split the chores with. I like my home to be a little sanctuary where I can rest after a long day. I do not smoke at all, and only drink a little.
