Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s portion of our lease in a 2 bedroom 1 bath Brighton apartment. It’s a 2-minute walk to the B line and close to multiple bus lines. Whole Foods & plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. There’s laundry in the building & parking is available. Rent is $1,150 per person and includes heat & hot water. Cooking gas, electricity, & internet are usually around $75/month per person. Common areas of the apartment are furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished.

I am a young professional relatively new to Boston. I enjoy going to the beach, sports events, hiking, as well as quiet nights in. I am very clean and respectful of shared spaces so I am looking for a roommate that also values a clean space. I work on a hybrid schedule, working from home 4 days a week.
