The property is located in a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Newberry. It has a gorgeous private fenced backyard. You would have your own room and would share a bathroom with another roomie or you could rent both rooms and have your own bathroom.

I am a nice and sweet retired woman who lives with her cute little chiwawa. I live a simple life and I take pleasure in the small things. My kids are grown and I look forward to sharing my home with some new roomies.
