Cleaning Service will do Room , Bath Closet , Terrace, floors/stairs vacuuming, dusting, mirrors, shower/ tub, counters, toilet area , outdoors sweeping, & a brush on common areas: laundry, kitchen, pantry & dinning areas.

It’s Tenant responsibility to empty, CLEAN freezer, drawers, bins of leftover, spoiled food items, drinks.

WASHING/ IRONING is NOT DONE by Cleaning Services. Large, HEAVY & WET items like bed spread, blankets will be better served by outside laundering before breaking washer !

• No compliance to Cleaning Terms will use all Cleaning Fees & followed by Security Deposit if needed, to get task done.

MOVING out NOTICE : 1 mo. advance. Adherence to Contract will apply. NO PARTIAL REFUND when tenant leaves days/ weeks earlier to settle down in new place.

LANDLORD’S RIGHTS: Landlord’s RESERVE the RIGHTS to issue a 30 DAYS TERMINATION of RENTAL AGREEMENT IF & WHEN there is misconduct, situation becomes unhealthy & a disturbance to residents or the parties involved, an unwillingness to follow Terms of Agreement, there are deep rooted disagreements between the parties, broken communication, late or missing payments, acting in bad faith, Tenant’s grievances & so on.. Cleaning Terms will apply.

To ensure a QUICK delivery of NOTICE(s) , TENANT AGREES to receive LANDLORD’s electronic communication via TEXT, throughout Tenancy , including but not limited to VACATE PREMISES within the time frame indicated .
