Must love and respect animals! I have 3 adult cats who have been my only family during the pandemic and my cross-country travels. They’re sweet and perfectly house-trained and their litter is emptied daily-I don’t like a smelly house! I’m not kidding-you hurt or disrespect my cats, we’re going to have big problems. I might be OK with you bringing a cat, but you must provide proof that it’s fixed and up-to-date on all Vax boosters, must be willing to pay for any damage it does, and it has to be friendly with people and other cats. No dogs, sorry.

Beautiful older home surrounded by big old trees on a large lot in Arlingwood, Arlington. Fireplace in large den, lots of windows, hardwood floors, front porch, large back deck with large fenced-in yard, fabulous trustworthy neighbors, house is furnished but your room is not. Take your pick of two bedrooms, ample closet/storage space throughout. 1.5 baths, so the half bath is yours alone and we have to share the shower. I have an upright piano for you musicians, and plan on buying a home teadmill sometime soon. Garage parking for both of us which leaves the two car driveway as well. Washer/dryer in Garage. No dishwasher-you use it, you wash it right away! Landlady lives far but is very responsive when needed.

I’m a 37 year old female Philly native, medical professional, just moved here from South-central Idaho in September with my 3 adult cats. I’m a very clean and mostly neat person and I expect the same from you-I don’t do smelly dishes in the sink or smelly trash. I put my stuff away after using it…I don’t like leaving things to do later. I’m also pretty quiet and kind of a homebody these days…being a hospital worker during COVID has locked me in a bit. I haven’t had the time or money to build a social life since I moved here, so I’m down for being friends and also strictly roommates if you prefer. Both men and women welcome. I’m a lesbian and I mean it. My sense of humor is like a teenage boy’s, apparently I can be funny, and I’m sarcastic and dry with a really loving/nurturing side. I love making fun of myself and others, I miss free speech and reality-I was born in the 80s. I try to love and respect all people but I’m not woke and don’t do the whole pronoun thing. I won’t expect you to change your views or language and I expect the same from you. Because of the nature of my job working with surgical instruments, I think it would be best for you to be vaccinated. I deal with a lot of medical gore and could be a carrier. I’m a smoker, but NEVER inside…I hate smelling like it. So, outside smokers welcome, drinkers welcome providing you’ve got it under control, and 420 friendly-again, in moderation please. I can’t join you because of my job…but I used to party and love to reminisce. I am one of those natural night-owls and would never go to sleep before dawn if I could; however, my job has me on a regular old daytime M-F schedule. I do tend to stay up on weekends and watch movies or read, but nothing crazy disruptive to the routine my job requires.

I have great relationships established with landlady and my 3 closest neighbors and I will not tolerate any behavior that could damage this! Because my closest family and friends are several states away, I am fiercely protective of my home and my space-it’s my only happy place in this city/state. My entire life is here, so I’m slightly terrified to hand someone keys to it… please don’t make me regret it! Please, please don’t be a doucher or bring shady friends here and you can expect the same from me.
