Private bedroom with big closet and natural light is for rent, 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Haggard Hall at Western Washington University, bus stop right down the street. The unit comes with free lot parking, coin laundry room, bathtub, appliances, and the internet and all other utilities are already set up and included in the $750 per month (can be a little less in the warm months and a little more in the cold months). All applicants must be non smoking women who don’t do any illegal drugs. I don’t have any pets living with me but kitties and small cage/tank animals are welcome as far as I’m concern so long as the landlord accepts. Let me know if you have any questions 🙂.
Hi I’m Ally, I’ll be 20 this Summer and I’m a sophomore here at WWU studying Anthropology, I plan to go to medical school after college. Outside of school I dance and am currently working on volunteering at an animal shelter. I have guests over most weekends and do not mind if my roommate does the same.
