Super Clean, works a lot and don’t have too many people over during the week. Looking for a chill quiet roommate that also works and can provide last three months of paid stubs. Prefer to have guest hangout in the amenities area. The apartment is in a great location. I enjoy going to a lot of places by foot. Many places to dine within walking distance. Parking is on the street for you and visitors. Garage parking available for extra cost.
