Small dog [max 50 Lbs: no pit bulls, dobermans or shepherds] = extra $50/mo fee. No doggie door. Rental is for one person per room. No smoking or vaping, No drugs, No marijuana use of any form including prescriptions. Complimentary use of large HDTV & electric fireplace in living room. Personal fan/ light with remotes in each bedroom. Payments made via Zelle. Tenants keep private room clean & odor free, and quickly clear personal items from common areas including kitchen, dining, bathroom, laundry, living room and grounds to respect housemates & to prepare for maid’s monthly visit and landscape work. Tenant manages own: Food/storage & kitchen cleanup, own laundry, & takes out trash/recycling daily (to avoid pests). All help to move trash/recycling to the curb for early Tuesday morning pickup & return cans to the corral. All bring-in mail & packages & place mail on desk. The ADT security system offers a high level of safety by calling the police/firemen if tripped day and night. Tenant online access. Complimentary toilet paper & detergent pods.
