Hi there. The room has its own entrance in the side of house. It has a shelved closet, ceiling fan, and private bathroom with a tub and extra storage. Come and see it. There is always parking on the Street. Utility Bills need to be paid every two months. We divide them evenly with other tenants. ( room now is painted dark green.
About the roomies
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We are 4 people living in the house, it will be 5 with the new tenant. Everyone works morning shift.
