One room available for rent in this gorgeous loft-style condo unit! Located in a quiet and clean neighborhood, the Cambridge Lofts building offers gated entrances, an elevator, package room, trash chutes, central air, and in-unit washer and dryer. 

Room is unfurnished and shares a bathroom. Can comfortably fit a queen sized bed and additional furniture. Nice sized semi-walk-in closet inside the room. There is a shared loft area on the second floor that overlooks the living space where you may set up a workspace by placing a desk or any additional furniture. It is also a corner unit so there are plenty of windows for natural light!

Located in Northern Liberties, the condo is a <10 minute drive or 30 minute walk to center city (even less if you’re going to Old City). In addition, it is 3 blocks away from the MFL subway line. It is also located a few blocks from the popular Fishtown neighborhood where there is a plethora of bars and restaurants! 

We are two young adults in our mid/late-twenties (m & f - will be sharing bathroom with f) working remotely, who are looking for a friendly and respectful individual to share our home with. There is a cute and quiet cat residing with us as well, she is not great with other cats, so preferred that she will be the only pet.

The room is $850 with utilities included. Flexible move-in date, however the sooner the better. Credit check  and proof of employment required. Option to renew lease in January. Serious inquiries only please.
