Located in the very walkable and eccentric Highlandtown neighborhood, this listing is for a master bedroom with a private bathroom, in a shared 3 bedroom house. You would be sharing common spaces such as the living room and kitchen with two other housemates, including the landlord himself.

The neighborhood has a lot to offer as it is walking distance to the famous Patterson Park, many worldly cuisines (mostly latino), and is very convenient to downtown, Johns Hopkins or Sparrows Point. I’m able to park directly in front of the house 95% of the time before 10 pm. The other 5% is one block away.

The landlord is a 32 white male engineer who is born and raised in Baltimore. He keeps things low key and does not spend a lot of time partying. He is an utter and total neat freak and will not rent to you if you do not promise to always always always wash your dishes and clean up after yourself immediately upon using common areas.

The housemate in the basement studio is a quiet 33 year old woc who teaches high school.

There is one cat in the house who hasn’t shown to be do well other cats. But maybe.
