This listing is for one upstairs room w/ shared bathroom.

Rooms for rent are opening up on July 1st at the earliest. Rooms can be rented individually or you can sign on for multiple rooms. Two of the rooms are upstairs and are both around 10x11 and they share a bathroom. One room is downstairs and has a private* bathroom and the room is between 10x12 or 11x12. (exact measurement’s to come later).

*Bathroom is to be kept unlocked and clean for any guests coming into the house. This bathroom is attached to the bedroom and the hallway.

Additional cost for couples is + $150/month.

We will be requiring references and wanting to do multiple interviews/sit-downs to meet you as we are live in landlords.

We are live in landlords that stick to ourselves. We are normally hanging out in our office, or doing work outside on the house.
