Tania's room

A private large basement room available for rent. The room is furnished with a queen size bed/ mattress, dresser, and nightstand. There’s plenty of light, the basement is above ground and a large floor to ceiling window allows plenty of natural light to come in. Shared spaces include kitchen, laundry, living and dining room, back yard, and the entrance is the same for everyone. Keyless door entry, all utilities (including wi-fi) included.

Two girls share the two bedrooms upstairs, and there’s an additional bedroom for guests. We’re both in our mid 30’s and keep a busy schedule, so we’re looking for someone quiet, clean, and responsible. We’re very respectful and easygoing and we also have a cat, so no other animals please. Let us know if you’d like to see our home. Rent is for a single person only. Please no couples and/ or kids.
