Close to Bethesda, NIH, NIST, Montgomery College. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance, you will have access to public transport, plenty of restaurants, fast foods, bars, fancy shops, grocery stores, etc. 15 minutes walk to Metro - (Red Line -Twinbrook Metro Station) 3 minutes walk to Bus Station (RideOn 46 & 101 – to Bethesda and NIH)

Rent is 980$ Included Fios internet. The utilities will be shared between the tenants (Electricity and water). Parking is available for an extra 60$ per month.

The Application fee is 50$ (will be used for a quick tenant background check) A security deposit equal to one-month rent is required (refundable after checking out)

The house is quiet and very clean. Perfect place for teleworking and studying. Looking for a clean and non-smoking young professional female. This place is for ONE person only, not suitable for parties and not suitable for heavy cooking. No smoking, no guests, and no pets are allowed.
