Hi Room Seeker, I am looking for a mature, responsible, woman to share my single level condo with me and my daughter (3rd grade). You are healthy and work full time/outside of the home. I’m open to a commuter rental and/or month to month.

We have two cats so you cannot be allergic and no additional pets please.

Tell me a bit about you and what you are looking for.

I’m looking for just the right fit in a roommate for me and my 8 year old daughter.

Female preferred. Might consider Single mom, with 60% or less custody

I work from home 4-5 days a week. (up at 630am) so quiet time after 930pm-10pm max and before 630am on weekdays. We are healthy (most of the time), athletic, and outdoors as much as possible and would like someone with a similar outlook on life. You work full time, outside of the home, not a homebody, female and enjoy being around and/or has experience with young children.

I’m not looking for a nanny, however, I would like someone that likes children and will interact with my daughter.

We have two wonderful cats that love people (2 years old) so no more pets. I’d like someone that does not mind looking after them when we take vacations.

Non-Smokers only, even if you only smoke outside of the house. No male sleepovers unless we are out of town.
