Sue Dennison's room

I have a furnished room for rent in a nice quiet neighborhood in Argyle Forest. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 nights stands, a large dresser, T.V. and another large dresser with a mirror. There is also a separate bathroom for you outside of the room. The price is $800 a month and that includes- rent, utilities and internet. I also want a $400 dollar deposit. I have a small friendly dog. I am a young 74 year old woman whose friendly and active and prefer someone mature and over 55. I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke. I have a large covered porch and backyard as well that you are welcome to enjoy. Move in date is negotiable.

It’s just me in my home with my small Chihuahua. We like to take long walks around the block and watch the ducks walk by. I love to sew and cook and visit my neighborhood friends.
