Close to stores like 7eleven, Target, Food city, Costco, Auto zone and gas station. Restaurants like Pita Jungle, Olive Garden, there’s a sushi and Korean restaurant as well 2 mins away in car, dutch bross, In n Out, Cheba Hut and more. Students welcome, 5 mins away in car from Mesa Community College. 10 mins away from ASU. Crossroads are Dobson and Broadway. Water and internet included. Electricity will be discussed. Apt is about 900 ft2, 2B2B, I like to keep it clean. I also have a miniwasher and mini dryer but there are in property laundromats for residents. Amazon locker as close as 5 min walking in 7eleven store.

Looking for somebody that doesn’t smoke inside the apartment or even smoke at all. It triggers my allergies. Responsible, and quiet. I can’t accept pets at the moment, I have 2 cats already. Student preferred. Water, electricity, and internet inclided in the $700 rent.
