For a professional female, furnished private room and private bathroom, includes utilities, TV, small refrigerator, use of kitchen, living room, yard, screened-in porch. No smoking, drugs, heavy drinking, pets, overnight guests, couples.

I am a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant, I own the property and am the only other person that lives in the house. I have a small dog, but don’t allow other pets. I prefer to live with a mature and responsible female.
