Chestnut Street

Looking for 2 people (preferable male) to room together in the 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on Chestnut street.

1 year lease to be signed at the end of April/Early May Lease start date: June 20th Rent:~$1520 ($760 per person) + utilities(split in 4) Pets: We have 1 cat already, so any pets need to be cat friendly. We would accept another cat or we are open to small dog if it is well-trained and quiet.

About us: My boyfriend (23) and I (21) have been together for over 2 years. We love playing video games, watching shows, and cooking. I spend a lot of time studying and he spends a lot of time at work. We like to keep to ourselves, but we are still friendly and nice people. I would say we are more on the messy side than neat side, but still remain respectful of the space and others boundaries.

Looking for: Two nice, respectful, and normal people who are easy to live with. People who take covid seriously. People who value house rules and help clean up. People who are more on the quiet side.
