This is a three-level home, with one bedroom on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and additional living space on the 3rd floor. The Fairmount commuter rail goes to downtown, South Station, and is 5 minutes away. Also, the MBTA bus is 5-minute away. It takes 20 minutes on the #15 bus to Ruggles Street Station - to get to Northeastern University, Simmons University, Wentworth, MCPS, and Emanuel, all Fenway colleges and the hospital district. The #41 goes to JFK UMass Boston. South Bay: 10 minutes to Newmarket stop, Stop & Shop, Targets, Best Buy, Homedepot, TJ Max, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, ULTA Beauty, Nail Bar, AMC Theatre, Bank of America. I am the owner of the home and I remotely two days and three days at Simmons University in higher education and also have a background in early education. My daughter works in early education at a local school.
