The house is less than 5 minutes from downtown and less than 10 minutes from UH campus. Walking distance to public transit, bike trails, restaurants and bars. Perfect for commuters or students. The property has plenty of street parking and in-unit laundry.

Rent includes water, following utilities separate: power, internet, and gas.

Less than a 6 month lease will be $1000 per month.

There is only one other roommate, myself and I also have a pet cat. I am the owner of the townhouse as well and use the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. I’m an architect in my 30s and a responsible owner/roommate. Looking for someone neat, reliable and considerate.
