Townhouse has wooden flooring and updated kitchen with a large backyard ideal for summer bbqs. There’s a large basement equipped with a laundry room. Easy access to public transportation and 15 minute walk to East Passyunk restaurant and bars and the growing West Passyunk corridor.

This place is a 10 minute drive to the PHL airport which is perfect for frequent travelers and a 3-5 minute walk to main bus lines. It’s also a 5 to 15 minute walk to many great restaurants in the growing Point Breeze area.

The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Though furnished is a higher rate.

Utilities usually range around $100 per person (including super fast 200mbps internet speed)
