You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The whole first floor is common space and there are multiple seating areas for you to hangout in.

The room comes fully furnished with: A smart TV, WiFi, queen bed plus linens, desk, dresser, nightstand, mini fridge (optional), microwave (optional) and a couple lamps.

This 100+ year old house has tons of world charm coupled with modern updates. The amenities include a large chef kitchen, solid wood floors, 2 private patios, outdoor pizza oven, gas grill, central air conditioning, brick fireplace (with electric insert), huge fridge.

The Metro Transit #6 bus line is just 1.5 blocks away on Xerxes … or 5 blocks away if you catch the #6 on France Avenue & 44th Street.
