House is in a quiet neighborhood and close to freeway, shopping, schools, etc. The garage has some space for storage. Large fenced yard.

I’m a single father that lives alone. My son visits frequently (longest visit during the summer). I am usually busy with work (mixed teleworking schedule), family, and my church. I’m legally blind and cannot drive. My ideal roommate is someone who will keep to themselves. I am shy at first and will open up eventually, but I’m not looking for someone to spend time with. We would split bills but food and anything else would be our own.
