You have a large private furnished daylight basement with 2 big rooms, closet, and full en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning, full size washer and dryer. South of campus in the quiet Horsetooth neighborhood. On MAX line, Mason Trail, 7 min drive, 17 min bike ride from campus. A big park and lots of shopping within walking distance.
About the roomies
2 female CSU sophomores, honors-Engineering and Pre-Vet. Looking for another female that is friendly, laid back, generally clean, and dedicated to their studies. We love the condo because it’s large and private, each of us get own room and en-suite bathroom. We split the cable, gas, electric. Landlord pays water, garbage, snow removal. Non-smoker, no pets.
